These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you, the client, and Blossom and Bloom Maternal Wellbeing, owned and operated by Justine Marriott. By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

Blossom and Bloom Maternal Wellbeing provides education, coaching and wellbeing support through:

• Conscious Parenting Coaching (1:1 and group sessions)

• Hypnobirthing Classes (private and group)

• Pregnancy Relaxation Classes

• Online Courses and Digital Resources

All services are designed to offer educational and emotional support for parents and expectant mothers. These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

2. Disclaimer

The support offered by Blossom and Bloom Maternal Wellbeing is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. While Justine Marriott brings extensive experience in child development, education, and maternal wellbeing, she does not practise as a medical professional or mental health clinician. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice from qualified medical or psychological professionals where necessary. Participation in services is voluntary, and clients accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on the support or materials provided.

3. Bookings and Payments

All services must be pre-booked. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe. If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments as per the agreement, even if you decide not to complete the programme, except in the event of a cancellation within the 14-day notice period outlined below.

4. Cancellations and Refunds Client cancellations:

• A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any one-to-one coaching session, group coaching enrolment, hypnobirthing class, or pregnancy relaxation class.

• Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the practitioner.

• For group programmes, once the programme has started, no refunds will be issued.

Business cancellations:

In the rare event that Blossom and Bloom needs to cancel a session or programme, alternative dates will be offered. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a full refund will be provided for the cancelled session or service. Please note that due to the nature of coaching and educational content, individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered based on perceived outcomes.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with current UK GDPR regulations. Client data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law for safeguarding or risk-related concerns. Participants in group programmes or classes are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other group members. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Online Services and Technical Requirements

Online sessions are delivered via secure platforms such as Zoom or Teams. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to a suitable device, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private environment for sessions. No responsibility can be accepted for technical interruptions or issues beyond our control.

7. Personal Responsibility and Boundaries of Support

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing, and parenting choices. The role of the practitioner is to guide, inform and support; not to instruct or provide medical or therapeutic diagnoses. Support is designed to empower and inform, and is always provided with care, compassion, and professionalism.

8. Group Conduct

Clients participating in group coaching or group classes are expected to contribute respectfully and to foster a safe, inclusive environment. Disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the group without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Blossom and Bloom Maternal Wellbeing, including workbooks, course content, recordings and digital resources, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Justine Marriott. Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Amendments to Terms

Blossom and Bloom reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
